Chatham Residence

Chatham, New Jersey

This project entailed the remodeling of an existing home. Major elements of the home were removed and renovated. The chimney that sat on the exterior wall of the house was reduced in size and cultured with new stone over thin-set wire mesh. The roof was also another major element that was replaced and raised. The roof expansion added some much needed space to this existing home and opened space for additional rooms.
